My child is smart.
So why is everything still so hard?

You’ve seen the potential. You know it’s there. But somehow, school is a struggle, friendships don’t stick, and your family is feeling the weight of it all. You shouldn’t have to fight this hard for support, spend this many hours on homework, or watch your child work twice as hard for half the results.

Through evaluations, neurofeedback, practical therapy, & parent support, we help people of all ages with ADHD, autism, & dyslexia thrive socially, academically, & at home.

Our evaluations are customized to each individual client. Reach out to a team member, and we’ll help determine exactly what you or your child needs.

Our evaluations are customized to each individual client because the goal is not just to complete testing, but to help you finally feel clear. Many families come to us after previous evaluations that left them with unanswered questions or uncertainty about what to do next. A comprehensive private pay evaluation is an investment in feeling heard, getting meaningful answers, and leaving with a clear plan for you or your child.

You or your child’s mental health is worth the investment.

Therapy: We require at least 48 business hours notice (Monday through Friday) to cancel or reschedule a therapy appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances beyond your control.

Assessments: Because our psychologists and psychometrists block a full day for each assessment client, we require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are subject to a $500 late cancellation fee.

Yes. Our evaluations commonly include individualized recommendations for school accommodations, intervention supports, IEP planning, 504 plans, executive functioning supports, and classroom strategies. We aim to provide practical recommendations that families and schools can use collaboratively to support success across settings.

School evaluations are completed through the public school system to determine whether a student qualifies for special education services within the school setting. Private evaluations are often more comprehensive and individualized, allowing more time to understand the “big picture” of a child’s strengths, challenges, learning profile, emotional functioning, and overall needs.

Many families seek private evaluations when they are looking for clearer answers, more in-depth recommendations, diagnostic clarification, or support that goes beyond school eligibility alone. Private evaluations can also be shared with schools, doctors, therapists, and other providers to help support accommodations, treatment planning, and intervention services when appropriate.

An evaluation may be worth considering if your child is experiencing ongoing challenges that aren’t fully explained or addressed by current strategies. Families often seek assessments when there are concerns around learning, attention, behavior, emotional regulation, social development, or daily functioning at home or school.

An evaluation may be worth considering if your child is experiencing ongoing challenges that aren’t fully explained or addressed by current strategies. Families often seek assessments when there are concerns around learning, dyslexia, attention, behavior, emotional regulation, social development, or daily functioning at home or school.

You may notice we use the terms “evaluation” and “assessment” interchangeably. In practice, both refer to the same comprehensive process of understanding your child’s unique strengths, challenges, and needs.

Neurofeedback may be helpful for children, teens, and adults who struggle with attention, focus, emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, sensory sensitivities, or feeling overwhelmed by daily demands. Many families explore neurofeedback when traditional approaches have provided only partial improvement or when they are looking for a non-medication option to support brain functioning.

Neurofeedback works by helping the brain recognize and strengthen healthier patterns of activity, often leading to improvements in self-regulation, attention, resilience, and overall well-being. While neurofeedback is not a cure or a replacement for therapy, it can be a valuable complement to other treatments and supports, such as therapy and assessments. A consultation can help determine whether neurofeedback is a good fit based on your specific goals, concerns, and needs.

Therapy can be a helpful and supportive space for children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating challenges with emotions, behavior, school stress, relationships, or life transitions.

Parents often reach out when they notice shifts in mood, increased anxiety, or difficulties with emotional or behavioral regulation at home or school. Therapy also supports parents and caregivers directly, offering practical tools, guidance, and a clearer understanding of how to best support your child day to day.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based process focused on growth, clarity, and practical support.

Yes. We work with children, teens, and adults, offering evaluations, therapy, neurofeedback, and support services tailored to each individual’s needs.
